Terms & Conditions of Booking -

1. Valuables, Mobiles and other guests personal belongings are responsibility of guest alone. The Isanya Estate or its employees shall not be responsible for the loss in any manner.

2. The Isanya Estate reserves the right to admission

3. Early Check-in oe Late check -out are at sole discretion of The Isanya Estate alone.

4. I agree to pay all charges towards Food & Beverage and any other services availed by me during my stay at the property.

5. I agree to settle my account in full before check - out.

6. Any service not mentioned earlier or in this form is at addition basis.

7. I have read all the terms and conditions governing my stay at The Isanya Estate and agree to abide by them.

8. All disputes subjected to judistiction of Raigad alone.
